Job functions:

• Develop and maintain the operation of Software Development, Analytics, Data Lab, Call Center, and It Support for the Operation of Grupo Alto.
• Design, Develop and Execute the High Holding strategy for the operating countries and Investments for the company.
• Lead the Digital Transformation of Grupo Alto to establish a strong relationship between the products and the company’s strategy.

Objectives of the position:

• Design, build and establish a complete base technology office focused on a state-of-the-art information and technology system.
• Design customized technology consulting products.
• Ensure the best practices throughout the different operations based on an ERM methodology (Risk Management Methodology).
• Design a new state-of-the-art technological platform in both the software and analytical fields based on mature and innovative coding languages and big data tools such as Python, React, Ruby, Fluter, Angular for software development and Mongo DB ( non-sql databases), SQL, R, Power BI, GDS (Google Data Studio) among others in the analytical spectrum.
• Design, develop and maintain 4 complete SAAS technological solutions (alliance, movup, immune, checks).
• Develop a bilingual (English/Spanish) multicultural team. The Alto team is completely based in the home office since 2018 with talented individuals from North, Central and South America, where technology adoption and consumption of the newest technology is part of the cultural pillars of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT Team with 3 VPs and more than 90 people.
• Define the Strategy for the Development and Maintenance of the High Group Products.
• Develop and ensure a Software/Analytics/Data development Methodology as well as a security and privacy framework.
• Lead the IT budget, business plan and strategic roadmap for Grupo Alto.
• Lead the IT team including new development and maintenance for Alto Operation (USA, Spain, Colombia, Chile, Mexico), this team includes more than 95 individuals including 3 vice presidents and more than 12 managers.
• Support the High Holding strategy for the operating countries and the company’s investments.
• Support an IT culture to establish a strong relationship across the company’s products and strategy. This team includes more than 10 internal technology structures, including
