Grupo Alto’s technology area is an interdisciplinary team that supports the company’s growth and innovation.

Mission

To build and support technological tools that help in a practical and interactive way to store, analyze and follow up the information of the process that is carried out in the identification and mitigation of operational risks, improving the operational processes of our clients.

Vision

To be a strategic area with the best human talent, focused on offering technological solutions for the company and our clients, based on the best practices, research and technologies according to the needs of the different areas, supporting in an efficient and effective way the decision making process.

Objectives

  • Unify products and/or technological services, both internal and external.
  • Provide the company and customers with technological tools that allow the analysis of information for decision making.
  • Perform technological and product updates in order to offer tools that are in line with the needs of the different areas.
  • To contribute from the investigation, with the scientific and technological development of the Alto Group.
  • Support the decision making process, through the analysis of information, as well as the design and application of predictive and prescriptive models.

HR

We have different teams that are responsible for identifying and coordinating the technological needs and requirements of users and different departments; and for designing, coordinating and implementing solutions.

Methodology

We have implemented best practices for the development of technological solutions as a response that brings into play the available resources, seeking to achieve the greatest efficiency.

Products

The IT team works on different technological products, which seek to meet the company’s needs and those of its customers: Alliance, Immune, Checks, Movup and CIS.

Reports

Through the collection, processing and analysis of data, different reports are generated and built for decision making in the company.

Commercial management

The IT team has a presence in social networks and conferences, among others, where it talks about the technological management carried out in the company.
