
An IT management methodology is defined to guide the way to manage and execute the various technology projects in the company.
External User Training (Non-IT User)
If a user outside the Alto IT team wants to learn more about the IT team, he/she can use the main sections of the knowledge center to read, study and complete a quiz to test the knowledge acquired in the section.
The main sections of the knowledge center are:

Internal user training (IT Member)
If a user of the IT team (Internal) wishes to reinforce or learn about the processes and functions of his team or other teams, the methodology grouping displays the different teams of the IT group and their explanation. Each page explains and informs about the different functions and processes performed by the previously selected team.
If you wish to detail the processes and functions of the equipment, you must enter level 2 of the equipment by selecting the “More Information” option before the equipment questionnaire.

Level 2 of the equipment will be displayed, detailing each function and process performed.
Two types of questionnaires will be displayed at the end of the document:
- External: This questionnaire evaluates the knowledge acquired in the knowledge center.
- Internal: This questionnaire evaluates the knowledge acquired in the team’s level 2 document.
Methodological training
The IT team, at a methodology level, manages a training plan that covers 5 relevant aspects for the operation of the team, each of which is detailed below:
- Methodology, the general flow of requirements management is shared, as well as the processes and manuals of each of the pillars, flows, processes, responsible parties, information security and privacy policies, tools and capacity and evaluation and follow-up methodology.
- Information security and privacy, the objective is that each task developed ensures compliance with security standards and for this it must be known that it applies in the development of the different activities of the team.
- Technical Training, these trainings are based on the software cycle and it is composed of several stages: analysis, design, development, testing, adjustments and maintenance. The objective is that each collaborator knows the tools and technologies of his position in detail and understands how the other teams work and the synergy between all the fronts.
- Technology products, contextualization of the different products developed by the IT area for Alto, current and future status.
- Communication, it seeks to answer What? When? How? To whom? show information of: objectives, management, results, alerts, changes, projection in each front that covers the IT team.

Any printing or digital copy of the document is invalid. The user of the document must ensure that it is current before using it. You can consult with the person responsible for the ISMS.
