The immune development area is responsible for the following tasks:
Functions
Analysis and evaluation:
- Analyze, evaluate and prioritize developments for immune.
Databases:
- Develop the databases.
- Manage the databases.
Developments in:
- Frontend.
- Backend.
Validation of developments and bugs:
- In charge of performing QA.
Methodology
The basic methodology used by the development team is KANBAN, following the following process flow:
- They receive the requirement of the commercial area from the coordinator.
- They analyze the priorities to work with the coordinator, focusing on efficiency and criticality.
- They work on meeting the objectives.
- Monitor and validate processes, developments and databases.
- The development is sent to production.

Developments are documented in Jira, when the ticket is created.

- Google Chat: Used for communication with the Analytics team (Bi).
- Jira: Define and create the requirements and objectives to be worked on.
- Meet: Focused on the team meeting to talk about the work done.
- E-mail.
Tools used
- C# with MVC: Programming language focused on model-view-controller.
- SQL Server databases: SQL server is used for the design and creation of relational databases.
- Visual Studio: Used as IDE, for the creation and compilation of new code for immune.
- SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS): Used to manage, configure, deploy, update and administer a SQL Server instance.
- Dropbox, Team Foundation Server and Google Drive: as code repositories.
