IT Coordination

The coordination area is in charge of being the bridge between the different IT teams and the business areas to speed up and guarantee that the communication between areas flows accordingly.

The main objective of the coordination area is to understand the requirements and solutions of the different IT areas and to facilitate communication between the IT cells. Its main focus is on communication.

The team is in charge of organizing the different aspects that conform the activities form ALTO IT teams (each product) to make sure that the objectives set up by the organization are met. Be the link between IT and the business areas to speed up and guarantee that the communication between areas flows accordingly.

The projects with this management are Alliance, Movup, Immune, Checks and the Integral service center.

Functions

The coordination team manages the following tasks:

Continuous updates (maintenance)

  • Coordinate weekly reunions with those in charge of each product
  • Send a weekly schedule of ALTO products
  • Management of tickets through Jira by product (Status, Definition, Updates, Backlog, HH teams)
  • Management of panels through Jira by product (KPIS updates, client communication)
  • Communication with the client about the ticket (Status, definition, updates, general help)
  • Managing maintenance tickets in Jira (Communication, Definition, Status)

Failure Management

  • Replicate the failure
  • Internal customer communication
  • Assisting in the review of solutions implemented by the team

Monitoring

  • Customer communication (Official channels)
  • Focus on Maintenance/Improvement/New project tickets
  • Methodology (transversal for all products)
  • Meetings with Product Owner of each product
  • Risk Management (team absences, priority changes, vacations)
