Functions
IT IMPLEMENTATION TEAM
- To be technically responsible for the implementation of MOVUP’s technological services with the client.
- Follow-up and technical compliance with the Gantt chart plan.
- Organize and manage the developers responsible for system parameterizations and customizations.
- Follow-up and management of tasks performed by external teams (suppliers).
- Periodically report the progress of IT implementations.
IMPLEMENTATION TEAM (CSM/DP)
- Collect and request information from the client.
- Filling of documents associated with the implementation methodology (annexes).
- Communication bridge between client and MOVUP
- Follow up on the fulfillment of the tasks and activities stated in the Gantt chart.
- Periodically report the progress and/or delay of the implementation with the client.
