Understand the problem and the customer’s need to transmit them to the IT team in order to ensure that there is a link between the operational areas and the business area.
Functions
The product owner is responsible for the following tasks:
Define and execute a roadmap
- Product objective
- Needs in the process

Monitor and assign activities to areas
- Organize customer needs
- monitor resources
- Validate product scope
- Prioritize activities according to customer expectations
Follow up on incidents
- Monitor incidents presented
- Validate the coverage of customer needs
- Provide feedback on the activities that are generated in the process
- Validate feasibility of improvements presented
Report Generation and Tracking
- Roadmap status (design, evolution and compliance)
- Methodology (ticket tracking)
- Weekly presentation of product status
- Stakeholders (Customer status)
- Lead Status
- Monthly report to finance committee
