Alto is not in the business of selling, trading, renting, or otherwise sharing Personal Data for marketing purposes without users’ consent.

Alto uses the Personal Data that users provide in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy. By providing personal data, the user is informed about the use that will be given to this information.

Alto takes reasonable steps to protect Personal Data provided through the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Certain technological security measures are implemented including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology, however these measures do not guarantee that information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

Information Collected by Alto

When the user interacts with Alto through the Services, Alto collects Personal Data and other information from the user, as described below:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • Phone number
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Age
  • Race/ethnicity gender
  • Birthdate
  • Photographs
  • Geolocation information

Exceptions

Alto believes that the privacy of information is a vital part of the relationship with the user. However, there are certain circumstances in which Alto may share Personal Data with third parties without prior notice, in the following cases:

  • Business transfers
  • Related companies
  • Agents, consultants and related third parties
  • Legal requirements
