Monitoring and evaluation process

An IT management methodology is defined to guide the way to manage and execute the various technology projects in the company.

The team is always in a process of continuous improvement and for this it is important to follow up on the different tasks and evaluate the aspects to be improved, using different tools:

Internal monitoring

  • Daily meeting of cells (Daily):

The objective of this meeting is to know the daily progress of the team, to explain what results have been obtained with the last daily, and what is expected for the next daily.

  • Weekly product meeting

The team in charge of defining seeks to meet weekly to define the objectives for the coming week, defining a prioritization of pending or new tasks that have arisen during the course of the week.

  • Weekly Area Meeting (Weekly)

On a weekly basis, the entire area team meets to contextualize the progress of the products to which they are assigned. They discuss what has been achieved and what is expected to be achieved in the future.

Evaluation area

  • Area satisfaction survey
  • Requests qualification
  • Evaluation of weekly indicators (Dashboard)
  • Security audit

Any printing or digital copy of the document is invalid. The user of the document must ensure that it is current before using it. This can be checked with the person responsible for the ISMS.
