Integral Service Center (ISC)

It is a comprehensive telephone service center that manages the first contact with customers and assists in the integration of information from the different processes in order to provide our customers with services that meet their expectations.

The integral service center area focuses on customer service and end-customer management.

The ALTO Integral Service Center is an area of attention and strategic management, since it is the first point of contact with customers. The main objective of the ALTO Service Center is to help improve management and achieve new business opportunities, since it allows our customers to get a glimpse of the ALTO experience from the very first minute.

  • Chat intercom during non-working hours
  • Communication breakdowns and mishaps during non-working hours.
