Inmune

Alto Immune seeks to manage data to reduce the costs generated by absenteeism within a company.

The immune product seeks to integrate, analyze and action the data received, thanks to which immune offers a solution to improve productivity and reduce absenteeism.

Inmune is a Grupo Alto solution that is concerned with reducing absenteeism, increasing productivity and lowering costs in the organization, through an integral program that analyzes the information, educates and supports the company and its collaborators, generating healthy work spaces.

Functions

Integrate:

Inmune seeks to integrate data from multiple sources of information, which are:

• Absenteeism: Current and historical data on absenteeism (Failure, Medical Leave, Vacations and Leaves of Absence) are included.
• Workers: Current and historical data on staffing per company (differentiated by area, section, division, department, etc.) is incorporated.
• Integration: Several forms of integration are performed, for example: Webservices, Electronic Medical Leave Operators, Sftp, Mail, Massive Data Uploads.

Analyze:

The aim is to analyze the information obtained and generate, through the SWI, alerts to carry out and manage actions in the companies (training, advertising, etc.) to reduce absenteeism, generating healthy workplaces. In addition to displaying various standard reports with Kpi’s representative of the management carried out

Operate:

The actions to improve results, by which the immune team supports clients, are as follows:

• Trainings: Seeking a behavioral change and education towards the correct use of medical leave.
• Campaigns: Seeking to generate control environments with communication campaigns.
• Legal management: Offering home visits, notifications of non-compliance and complaints to doctors.
• Wellness Programs: Seeks to inform about health, prevention and habit creation.

Architecture

The data obtained, analyzed and provided by immune are located in the cloud, which only the infrastructure team is the only one in charge of managing the data in the Amazon cloud.
